All items are sent via U.S. Postal Service, with a choice of either Media Mail (U.S. only) or Priority (U.S. and International). Each shipment includes tracking, in case of damage or loss.
Damaged products will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Simply return item in original packing for a replacement and a return-shipping refund. Customers are responsibly for return shipping costs. If dissatisfied for any other reason, please contact us.
